not that I've found, would love to hear of any though. ChessDB allows you to read text annotations (or the first bit of the annotation in an alert window), but I haven't seen anything that will allow reading of full annotations or the ability to enter/modify them.
I would buy just about any app that had that functionality though!!
Rumor has it that "playsmartchess" will have something like that in version 1.5
I've seen the playsmartchess.com website, but there's no info behind the front page at all, just blanks. Their twitter feed and facebook sites have been dormant for months.
Any ideas if they're still releasing a product?

Most IT projects are delayed. That is the less widly known 11th commandment. I am quite sure that we will see something soon. I bet "August" is the latest bid for release date.

I have been told that they are adding the feature which will allow users to load their own pgn files. This was planned for a later version but the decided to allow for some delay and make it available right from the beginning. Great News!
Also, I might add that GM Kosten has agreed to release limited editions of the ChessPublishing.com monthly updates and some eBooks for the App.
My inside source has promised some more info on eBooks etc later.
I am working with PlaySmartChess and it will be out soon. We have some interesting features that do include putting in your own games. We have lots of authors and publishers signed to have their books in the app. Keep an eye out for the news release.
We are now waiting on Apple to approve it. Version 1 is ready and uploaded. Expect it any day now.
