I declare myself the winner of Q7. If Radon was disqualified from Q7 for possessing the information on the names of anonymous players and informed by the Director of this tournament that he will be allowed to play until he qualifies "cleanly", what happens with his performance during Q7. I assume that all his points gained in the games during Q7 should be erased . My last game in Q7 ended like this: Radon 78p. , NightLoveRaver 65p., Laris 33p., Riba 28p., If all the points from Radon would be erased I would be the winner of my last game with 65 points and also the winner of Q7 with 10 points. In 2 games Laris also ended in second place behind Radon so this player would end Q7 with 10 points as well, but with worse total amount of games played than me.
I request the explanation from the Director of the tournament why a player who is disqualified is allowed to keep his points in the games he played, which is directly affecting the performance of other players, who didn't break the rules and played fairly?
If my appeal will not be answered officially I will disqualify myself from further participation of this championship due to unclear rules and compromised management.
I think the rules are quite clear when it comes to disqualification.
In case of disqualification of the winner, the 2nd place qualifies.
And as I would prefer an entry barrier of at least 2500 elo, I would highly appreciate it if you and other low elo players would not play further qualifier tournaments.
There are some other strong players I'd like to see in the championship, and I would be really sad if their spot would be denied by bad quality of qualifier games.
@fourplayerchess
Maybe you can write an inofficial answer to @NightLoveRaver so that the situation is clarified, but he still disqualifies himself from further participation.
So ... what is the weather like in London these days?
