That's weird, the matchmaking time is super fast for me. Maybe you should check this:
Set the Rating Range to infinite, and enable "Rated".

Its SO ANNOYING. I can't even play on chess.com anymore, I have to play on lichess, because it takes like 10 mins to find any type of game. Even a 1 min game.
