Bobby Fisher teaches chess. I went from 700 to a 1000 in us chess from 1 tournament because of a quarter of the book.

You might take a look at Renaud and Kahn, The Art of the Checkmate as it offers vastly more of what you find in Bobby Fischer Teaches Chess. Stuart Margolis developed an innovative technique to which Fischer lent his name, but the content is thin. Renaud and Kahn offer greater depth and breadth, albeit with less repetition.
