Any suggestions?

I played a game against 3 bots (1 easy 1 medium 1 hard) and this was what happened:

first, the hard bot lost in like 1 move

I was checked on move 2 and had to kill the archer which was checking me. then black checked me again with another archer, and this time I had to move my king. By move 3 I was in siege, and I was kept in siege for almost the whole game, which led to my eventual loss. Black got eliminated by move 5, and I lost on move 32.

note: the goldmines are 1 on income

Can you give me suggestions on how to improve the quality of the game and on how to improve my positioning and results?

btw I lost my last game in like 1 move (on a VERY CRAMPED BOARD)

use the corner

The center is better becuase you can spawn more pieces but as I can see when the game is not 2 players,you need to put your fortress on the edge
