Hello my friend ! Well if you like to work on a bigger club it is important that you make a good structure in your club ! So this means a good organised Staff with engaged people who have all a responsability as inviting new members, creating matches and more !! So start with this ! Another important thing is the look of your club and the name !! And also the regularity in your activitys ! I wish you a good luck with your club !

Inclusivity:- welcome players of all skill levels.pair stronger players with beginners for monitoring.

Flexibility:- balance structured gameplay (eg timed matches) with casual sessions to maintain engagement.

Promotion: advertise the club(despite jokes) to attract members..
