Anyone having problems in the player's league since early november?

I contacted them and THIS is what they did...
they didn't solve it they STOLE my championship #1 cup
I did contact them, 3 times this weerek and hours later the points re-stalled
Monday night, wednesday night, yesterday...
because the league was stalled... and they did this, they removed my NUMBER 1 and removed all other players... they got to REINSTATE our player list and have them underneath me so i can be righteously number1

This club is not for reporting site issues/bug. It isn't for the site developers but community developers that use the Public API to build things with.
That said, staff are aware and have been working on fixes. Some things were being attempted at leagues reset today but I'm not sure what the results of that was.
They stole my championship. I cannot have this stay as such... I am not number zero: i triumphed and I want to see my opponents score underneath mine... anyone has had such troubles ? Have you found a way to get your due respect from Chess.com through service help/contact support means?
