Anyone interested in Vote Chess or Team Matches?

Just post here if you are so that I get an idea of who is interested.

Hey Steve, how's it going?  I don't really know what these are, are the team matches like rated against other groups or what?

Team Match:   Members from each team play a certain number of games(usually 2) against another opponent from the opposing team.  The total number of wins per side are added together and then the winner is the team with the most wins.

Vote Match:  Each side has a group of players working together voting for their move each time.  The move with the most votes after a certain amount of time is the move made for said team. 

Both are rated against other groups.

That's awesome.  I am certainly up for either.  My only question is how the ratings work.  In the vote game, none of our ratings would change, right?  In the team games, are they like regular rated games?  Thanks, -Harry

Also, we need to get more people in the group.  Any ideas how to?
