Anyone up for a game?

So, saw this group mentioned in the chess thread but looks like it's not all that active. Anyone up for a game? I'm a pretty miserable chess player, but I want to get better. I'm just, you know, allergic to actual work. And stuff.

We play a correspondence tournament every once in a while, in fact we're playing one right now! Doesn't look like it'll be over any time soon so you might have to wait a bit to get invited to the next one. As for real time chess, I'm down to play but be aware that I prefer long time controls like 45+45. I'm open to play anything faster but I probably won't take it all that seriously.

I'm definitely interested in the next correspondence tourney, and will also try to take you up on your offer for some live chess. I'm getting ready to quit my job and go back to school, so I should be freeish to play longer form chess during the day (Seoul time, UTC+9).

I'm in Australia UTC+930 if you ever wanna smoke me at blitz or something. 

I'm absolutely miserable at blitz, so you're on. I'm sitting at work and marking time right now, but I should be up for some games tomorrow.

Hey thanks for joining up. Unfortunately there’s not too much chatter on the club page. That’s mainly because chess.com has no support for clubs on the mobile app, and most of us are playing on our phones. Maybe that will change if more goons join. 

I typically use my phone as well. I try to make an effort to check chess.com whenever I get to a computer though, the webpage is much nicer than the app.
