There are some people creating cheaper DGT type boards. You can find them on kickstarter. They are working on API with chess.com to do this according to their postings.

Exato, inclusive independente de ter a API do chess.com ou não, vai dar certo usando uma extensão que adiciona os lances como comandos de teclado, A ideia é fazer algo pra brasileiro mesmo com preço mais baixo possível.

I'll look for them, the ones I've seen even do being cheaper are still expensive in Brazil (Just to give you context a DGT is about 6x a minimum salary here xD)
