after the move 1.e3 black can play Nf6 and if the queen comes out to f3 play c6. anything other than c6 here is basically terrible or just getting mated. the other option black has is to play 1...e6 which should discourage the queen from coming out and can transpose into the opening that arises after 1.Nf3

Embedded chess diagrams are only for the standard chess... I was trying to upload one of "Oh no, my queen" lines today, but it was surprisingly hard to find a hosting to upload video to (I didn't want to upload video to a random site and wasn't yet sure how to embed it here).
this shows just how important move order is in atomic chess.
