I'd give the difficulty "novice", it is extremely simple if you do know the rules of atomic and the most basic ideas.

A Very easy puzzle if you are about over 1800

Not too hard really, but yeah, quite a good puzzle.

I wish they had variants puzzles, just like the chess puzzles on the puzzles section and the homepage.
