How to continue Black's attack?

Be5 is tough to meet for white - Bh3, c5, d4, 0-0-0! or d4 with similar pins of the d-file leading to definite weakness for white on d4 and e4 squares...

Interesting, and it's a very typical idea in these positions, exchanging White's most active piece. On the other hand, we lost an important striker. Perhaps White can play with Bxe5 Qxe5 Nd2, but it still looks pretty dangerous in practice.
It has a more direct and tempting move =)
