If they are casual games that are hosted by some random people, then it's just a visual bug; you won't actually be put into the game. If it's a rated queue that you never clicked, that's also a bug that's been reported recently.

For some reason, 4PC is being awkward when looking for games. I'm being added to games when I didn't even press the join buttons. It is like games are forcing me to join when I am not.
