Automate Suggestion: rather than with 30+ points, allow the users to decide on the points to start?

For example, the game would be much more decisive if started with 20 points. 35 points gives like 10 pawns making the game not decided upon strategy.

what do you all think?

I like the way it is, but maybe it could change

Right now the game is solved. There are only a few viable starting selections, where players are maxing out the knights.

I certainly agree with this

that was true... you can't have doubled pawns 1 month ago.

tacticspotter

wait now you can have doubled pawn?

neoliminal

There is a hard limit on 10 pawns.

Dont you guys think 10 pawns, 3 knights, 2 bishops and 1 queen is just too many units on the map? It's a little bit boring. Why now allow the user to choose the starting points, if they like games with 40 points, they can do that. but if they want a more strategic game with 10 points for example (4 pawns, 1 knight and 1 bhishop), then it is also possible.

My philosophy is give users the options and let them decide which mode they prefer and how best to play that mode.
