How to Deal with Bad Teammates

Recently, I've had an experience in Teams with a bad teammate who, when shown an idea, responded 'aw heckle no', and immediately resigned - on the second or third move of the game. Can such players be reported? Does blocking keep you from getting matched with them? Does anybody know?

Blocking does keep you from being matched with them

Yes, I just usually block them and it works out pretty well. However, blocking also prevents you from joining a game with them in it.

Blocking in Teams only means you can't be a teammate with them, you can still get them as opponents in Teams

I would recommend friend people who are good, and then you can easily invite them.

I'm not sure then. I have had an error a few times where it says "You may not join this game. Someone you blocked is inside it".

Yes, that is a good idea. That is what I do. If a player is a good teammate and a good player, I friend them and I can see if they are onine.
