Basic mechanism of a nuclear weapon

So basically a nuclear weapon operates by the process of nuclear fission and here I am talking about implosion type weapon like the one used in Nagasaki Blast. 

First the mass of P 239 needs to be compressed to its critical mass to initiate a chain reaction.

But for chain reaction, we also need to bombard it with Neutrons. So a neutron initiator is made in this way berillium core surrounded by polonium 210 and again berillium then comes u 238 and p 239 guys correct the order of these two if possible I have forgotten but I remember u238 acts as neutron reflector . Then explosive lenses 60 percent RDX and 40 percent TNT 64 was used in Nagasaki and then covering and x block to provide 5000 volts current. Then shell then radar. Guys I am open to correction and more information and all this is declassified information

Lithium deuteride thermonuclear fuel
Highly enriched uranium sparkplug
Highly enriched uranium tamper
Natural uranium case
