Play Josh Bakker, I thought I was doing fine because in the G/45, I had 23 minutes to his 4 minutes when he uncorked 19.Re6!  Sacrifices on e6 in the Caro-Kann are always scary and in this case I believed that he was speculating and trying to confuse in his time pressure.  However, Josh was fully aware of all of his possibilities after the sac and I was a sheep being lead to the slaughter.  I don't recall ever losing to such a brilliant line!
