So here's the new strategy rule. I've made three people admin, and their job is to recruit as many people as possible while giving helpful tips if necessary. If it's been Feb. 2 and each of them haven't separately recruited 9 people yet, they will be demoted back to member status. This process will keep happening even after someone is made Admin.
