best set up

(assuming 4pc) kings indian works fine, also bishop where rook is on castle is simple too. Really popular in the end/middlegame is the kings diagonal shield (kings indian, move 8th pawn 2, move king to initial 8th pawn pos) try to make defense using knights and keep as many active if possible, prepare pawn push or threats
idk im not that good but have played a lot
I use the teams setup with pawn wall on the squares with the colour on which the king is or a passive aggresive setup with a mix of advanced pawns on the queen side (in modern) and a defended kingside.

Bird's in 4pc gets you checked second move and clipped from opposite. also they will make bishop-queen battery and thats not good. also will push rook pawn to attack kings knight pawn and use rook too. all while your opposite is promoting and your left is munching everything. tho i do use birds in regular games
what is the best set up?
