Depends. In a closed position knight is better because it can touch squares of different colors. In an open position the bishop is better because it can speed around the board.

I would suggest you guys stop making posts like these since they always depend on the type of position and there isn't really anything to debate other than "this piece is better in this situation and this piece is better in that situation"
