Bishop or Knight?

This is a difficult question. They are both worth 3 pts.

actually I think the knight is worth more because it can do forks and can jump over pieces.

Knights are trouble.  I like having knights but I don't like my opponents having them. 

In open positions bishops but in closed positions knights
