Black reply of a reti player

When do you play black what do you reply to Nf3? Do you stick also as black to Reti line with c4?

My go to is the Dutch, with f5 and often a quick b6 as well.  I find a lot of preparation goes out the window for white at that point.  I also play 1...d5 and go into the advance sometimes, as I think it is more solid overall.

Never played these and also I found an interesting reply as 2...b5?!, Polish Defense. Also I wanna ask: is this considered a Reti opening or not? I think it's a line of Zukertort instead

In all likelihood, after 6 or 7 moves it will have transposed into something that isn't Reti or even Zuckertort related at all.  Nf3 is a common move in a huge percentage of openings so it is highly transpositional.

1..b5 is fine.  It's a killer if you know your opponent just wants to play 2c4 and keep going, and it can give you some interesting angles in a mainline Polish.  The big weakness is that d3 will kill a lot of your ideas since white has not committed to d4 yet as he would in the main move order.
