After 1.Nf3 c4 2.c5 the game has transposed into the Symmetrical English. This is no longer the realm of the Reti Opening.
After 5.d4 it has lost all claim to any association with the Reti. It is a Queen's Pawn opening vs Sicilian.
In the Reti Opening d4 is never played as part of the setup. This is not to say any of this is "bad". It's just not the Reti Opening.
