This board is the best board I've ever had and probably will ever. The pieces are super reactive, the battery lasts a good amount of time, and this board looks like it has a great future. Super glad and proud to be an owner of one of these, definitely recommend this to anybody thinking about getting one.

I am in love with mine so much! I almost want to buy a backup one in case this one breaks haha. I have mine sitting out on my liquor cabinet and it looks so nice and I always want to play it when I pass it haha

The board experience was quite shaky when it was first delivered. Some odd glitches and I had difficulties connecting to the board through my phone. But most of those problems have been ironed out over time, and when I started it up this evening everything worked immediately.

Is anybody else getting error code 260? I’ve tried all time ratings and rated and non rated. This is on my chessup 2 when I try playing a game on chess.com.

Im having the same issue. Also doesn’t work against chesscom bots! 

I haven’t gotten any error codes, but the only chess bot that will actually work is the first one for me

Though, this is something we should expect to be fixed relatively soon, you can contact Jeff about these problems if you’d like at the link that criptix posted at the top of this forum

I am now seeing the error 260 and nothing on the chesscom section is working anymore, odd 😭

Idk if this is some mad glitch or cheating, but as I was getting into the endgame and winning by 14 material points is a convenient time to suddenly get notified that I lost a game 😭

It says that the king moved at the end, but that move wasn’t made on my board…

They had to take the servers down to upgrade them since there are so many of us playing on the Chessup boards now, same thing happened to me, said I abandoned the game, then went on the chessup community forum to find out servers went downl. Should hopefully improve stability going forward

I've had this twice when playing. I thought they had just abandoned, but wondered why he hadn't lost after not moving for 12 minutes...

Once, sorry. One was abandonment. Not the example I gave in the last comment, that was the glitch/server.

Mine arrived with faulty pieces, I have been testing the board using Chessconnect and chess.com puzzles. Experiencing frequent disconnects. Customer support has been great re the faulty pieces. Will wait and see how the board performs when the replacements arrive. Slightly disappointed that the pieces weigh less than Chessup 1.
