Coming to Nikola Tesla he was just greatest among great.
Yes he had many technological ideas that we humans don't have till now
Some of his ideas had just passed away with him.

No one knows what is absolute meaning of time no one !!!!!!
Time is that feature of universe that allows for change to happen.
We recognise the time has elapsed by noticing how the the things are getting changed .
What I am saying is temporary understanding of time in absolute term no one knows what time actually is no one !!!
Albert Einstein say hey stop space and time both are part of same thing they are not different they are merged in each other .
You measure distance with ruler and time with clock , but Albert says you can also measure distance with clock and time with ruler .
Space + time = space time fabric
Space and time is a part of 4d structure space time .
If space will change then accordingly time will also change itself
And if time changes then space changes itself accordingly.

Changing of space is certainly not defined but it's not possible to travel even1\1000of the observable universe in our lifetime....even if we go at light speed
But it might create something like a glitch because the mass of the universe can't change it gets converted
