Probably a different moveorder from my line in the last post, so I think Rd1 Rfd8 b3 or b3 Rfd8 Rd1. Then white will be able to complete the development with Bb2.

 at this stage is looking pretty even except they have the opposite colour bishop which can lead to a draw game.
  23.Bxf6  gxf6  24.b4(to get off the white sq.)  Bf5 (limit the knight movement)
