The Vienna Game is like a sibling of King's Gambit. White starts the game with 1. e4 e5   2. Nc3...

On the 3rd move 3. f4 is a gambit in which white sacrifices a pawn to gain bold control over the center of the board. 
The original idea behind the Vienna Game was to play a delayed King's Gambit with f4 (the Vienna Gambit)

London System (White)
The London System's Setup
  

This opening's main idea is to create a solid pawn structure in the center by pushing pawns to c3 and e3, but only after developing the dark-squared bishop outside the pawn chain. Despite the solidness, the London also have aggressive lines to catch Black off guard.
