I think there is a bug at variants.

When a player doesn't move within 15 or 20 seconds shouldn't the game be over?

Why hasn't it work for me? And it doesn't even end though the player ran out of time.

In the screen it shows 0:00.1

Is this a bug???

Yes, the same thing happened to me several times too and I have reported it. I hope they can fix it soon because it is very annoying, especially when you have been waiting for a long time for someone to accept the game and then it freezes forever.

Same with me.

Sometime I am not redirect to game.

If I get white, my rating lose.

This happened to me just now (https://www.chess.com/variants/atomic/game/64050733/33/1), my opponent's time fell to 0:00.1 and didn't continue, and I tried reloading the page and getting back to the game to fix it several times, but none of the attempts worked, and somehow my opponent was able to play a move despite running out of time, so I timed out (I had 1:30 to my opponent's 0:09 seconds before this happened).
