@Mzambe ... Yes, we knew the game was over, but the program did not know it.
no, maybe red and blue could have teamed and stalemated green, so it is not a definite draw. However, I think draw offers should be allowed. all remaining players have to agree for it to be drawn

Wouldn't it be cleaner to say, "Any game which can only end in stalemate is, effectively, a stalemate", and award points according to stalemate rules (which may, admittedly, need to be extended to accommodate a 3-way-stalemate scenario).
My gut feel is that a "draw offer" option in 4PC would be massively (and annoyingly) misused/abused.
No response from the "Resign" button. Time ran out on my turn, but nothing could be done.
