Yeah you missed, Client side timers are very bugged and here you are correct that it was a bug, but you didn't lose any time, just 15 second delay (+2 another seconds) ran two times in one move, so with your move it got updated to real time you had.

About yellow, he got disconnected, and timers shows wrong time during it (it is a bug I also noticed it earlier), and time for reconnecting is additional, he didn't come back though so he lost by disconnecting.
Roger, the timers on the client are being re-worked, but as @kopytek123 stated you didn't lose any time, it just appeared like you did.

Around 18:13 in my video my time is around from 22 seconds left but after i move my Q. it went down to 02 sec. and around 12:05 my opponent time down to 02 sec went back to 58 secs.
or did i missed something here?
