There is no "Bells and Whistles" variant in all section, but if you find some game when this variant was available (like this one) and click "play" - it will create rated game which will change 5 rating composation components.
Moreover, if you press "edit" in such a game, it will change to casual and custom:

Pressing play on a removed variant's old game allows you to play it rated, even though it should be casual.

games with different number of N-checks when participating in the game are still normal but when entering the analysis table, it is very unusual

This only works for games with the standard starting position (but not for games like this one https://www.chess.com/variants/custom/game/24573171/50/1).
Fwiw I don't see anything wrong with allowing a rated game that was once listed if it uses comp ratings. And the starting position check is more to not recreate comp ratings for old positions which will clog up the existing ratings. Not because it's unfair or anything.
Fwiw I'll leave it to @qilp to decide what he wants to allow.

I ve get a very irrating and classic bug.
I was playing 4 pc and i was winning. I have 30 points and my opponent have 5, and i don't see the clim win option.

After 1 move, i resign to give 20 points to green and win by 26/30 but my opponent get 40 points instead of 20 and win!

Is a classic game, they was not rule "+40"

First off, I can't castle queenside with this position:

With the same position, I can castle kingside, but look at where the king and rook end up. The king moves over four squares instead of two (like standard chess) or three (like Gothic chess).

Finally, this is the weirdest part. If I remove all of the pieces on the back rank except the king and rooks, I can castle on either side. Kingside castling is the same as aforementioned. And if you queenside castle, the king doesn't move. All that happens is the rook jumps over the king.

I really don't understand everything that's happening here. Something seems like it's definitely wrong. But along with this bug report, I have a feature request. Could you make it such that you can manually set the number of squares that the king moves when castling? I think this would really help to avoid confusion and optimize gameplay.

Alright, my little brother figured out why I couldn't castle queenside in the first setup XD It's because the rook jumps to the spot next to the king.

The feature request still stands, though, because this seems really weird. It looks like it's castling as if the king was still centered on the board. But it's not centered, so it's making things weird.

Elimination chess result counts as Giveaway chess (I lose, while actually I should win this). Please fix this bug and refund my rating
If your last piece can capture an opponent's piece, the bare piece rule does not apply. However, as soon as you can no longer capture, you automatically forfeit the game. I believe this is intentional, as it allows players to save the game by losing their last piece by force.
Ok, I can understand this, but how I could know about it? I would play Rxc8 and win
