I got auto-resigned from a variant game on my last move, although I didn't.
also, unable to play any further variant games..

I was able to recreate it also for green

That's a poor excuse 
Also a bug about how upon someone resigning in a 4PC game when it's not their move, I can tell if they did so because they appear on the spectator list as soon as they do so.

That's not a bug, they premove resignation. The intent tends to be to claim the win when they are ahead by 20 or more points and the opponent cannot cut their lead to 20 or less.
But some less experienced players do so for no reason and it's obvious because they appear in the spectator list and then I can just take a free piece
With 1366x768 resolution, when using 8x8 board in full screen mode, player names will be cropped.

Good find. With <767 or 769+ everything is ok. But not with 768.
