SLOW DOWN to almost a halt, play a few daily games where before every move you look at what every single piece is attacking (your's and your opponent's) then before you play your move take a moment to see how that changes what you have observed. you should only need to do that for a few days to see some serious pick up in speed on analyzing the board as a whole. Puzzles are great as long as you do them slow (I should do my puzzles more slowly). do not play fast games and try to improve at the same time. get good thought processes first and then work on speeding them up.

Look out for blunders from your opponent! Believe it or not, when I was around 600 in rapid, I found it easier to win not by playing the best moves all the time, but rather by spotting mistakes my opponent made. Many mistakes are made at the 600 level, so make sure to question your opponents move before you decide to make yours...

I usually play online. My puzzle rating reached 2200 a while ago, but it came down when my brother tried some on my account. My highest puzzle rating ever was 2206 I think. Thank you for all the recommendations!

Joking. I agree you should do puzzles and do lessons

learn very sneaky tactics amazing openings that aren't gambits except for the queens gambit and think in a way that can get you to a high level like think is there a tactic in this position is there a move with an idea if I had what peice where what would I do and how can I do that look for ideas not move that do nothing look for tactics whenever you see a tactic and play a good openings those actually raised my accuracy from 69-82 into 79-94 meaning I win a lot more games I recently had a game with not one innaccuracy mistake miss blunder or missed win using that strategy that's what I would reccomend

most of the time when you develop a peice and its a mistake its bad because when your move has an idea I wins a tempo and they have to stop the idea so you can develop later but also possibly make them have a peice stuck defending a fork or a pawn or make them move there queen twice in the opening which though you moved twice you had an idea that's different either they play with 0 blunders and you squeeze the position until they have no breathing space so either they sack zugzwang or sometimes get mated smothered to be specific or they make a few mistakes and this way of playing usually always finds the mistake the only way to lose is there better at the that or they play perfectly

I would suggest learning a solid opening for white and playing that opening ~70% of the time as white. I personally enjoy playing the Ruy Lopez opening, and almost always play #1 e4 as my first white move. I like Ruy Lopez because it puts white on a great track to be better in the end game. As black, it's my preference to play for the center immediately as well and I usually play the Sicilian defense. In general, focus on putting your minor pieces out on strong squares and wait to pawn push until your rooks are developed and able to support advancing pawns as well.

Also there is a book called the first 4 moves I think that is really good for building a basic repertoire in the opening, although like time management opening should be only about 20% of your practice time. a little opening time and then learn some endgames (it is absolutely essential to know how to mate with just a rook and king for example.) once you know a few endgames like how to promote a pawn with just a king and opposition you can confidently trade into winning endgames because you know what kind of endgames you want to reach.

the most imp thing is not to gamble .. i mean if u r playing multiple chess games in a day u r most likely to lose ur rating at a higher rate .. my advice would be to solve those free daily puzzles, practice openings nd endgames(especially) nd try to play less games but u must concentrate in all those games .. try meditation to increase ur focus nd have a healthy life apart frm chess .. all those factors r also imp

Play for the center. Know the value of the pieces and don't do unequal trades. Don't bring the queen out too early. Analyze your wins and losses and learn from your blunders. Learn at least 2 openings for white and how to play them.
