Are your settings set to allow multiple games at a time in live chess? If you turn that off, it might help.
I'll file a bug report.

You say that like 20 games is a lot. I play hundreds of games. This particular bug (partner's board freezing) comes up around 1/30 games.

I'm not saying its a lot, its just I don't have any bugs to report
First "bug" I found lately (I got it just now) Clocks stopped moving and started flashing. after 10 seconds it went away
These bugs, and similar, keep coming-up on-and-off again ... not being able to see boards ... multiple games despite settings ...
Is there any way to get a final resolution to this. As in a frozen branch of basic User-Interface (UI)? (And only integrate new UI-logic after these certain test conditions for new UI-logic has been implemented, so as not to impact previous UI/UX [user interface/experience].) This really doesn't seem too much to ask.
Of Note:
I had a not-so-recent (weeks, not months) instance multiple games starting, despite my settings. I've also encountered intermittent problems with display of team member's board in Bughouse (such that refresh is required). I have not had issues with pieces appearing for drop, but, maybe simply not noticed.
And, again, I think this is directly linked to the same issue(s) as board re-size (or re-focus) upon initialization of a new game (any, not just Bug or ZH -- but this may be due to Firefox; and I can't be 100% sure; but I can say [as an absolute] that there is not enough testing going on before feature [new, update, or fix] implementation).
If my browser is going to insist upon a resize or refocus upon initialization of a new game, then I must insist that the relevant resources display appropriately to continue playing. (And that IS NOT asking too much.)

Not seeing partner's board happens because of more than one game. More than one game popping up for a few days happened constantly. Now it is down to a rarity... but it still causes the same issues.
It's easier to notice the bug when you observe games than when you play games. When you follow a player, every time a new game starts it switches to another game instance. It flips back and forth between 2 of them in the upper right corner. This means when you follow a player, EVERY SINGLE GAME you can't see the partner's board until you refresh your browser or you click back and forth between the game tabs in the upper right. I'm confident if the programmers ever bothered to look at all the problems with observing bughouse games, then all of the problems with playing bughouse games would be addressed by the same fixes.
also sometimes chess.com deletes automatically my premoves... or does not show the peaces in hand after i have premoved even if i delete the premove... too many bugs

I get this when I right-click clear a set of pre-moves; or the variations deviate too much from being predictable (usually 2-or-3 moves) -- Makes sense to me. I don't have a problem with this specific "bug." -- It may not reset after you right-click to clear 2-or-3 pre-moves ... but ... I'm okay this this and don't consider it a "bug" per-se.
The bug of not being able to see partner's board is NOT fixed. Although it is fixed in a lot of cases, it interacts with other interface problems to come up occasionally.
Sometimes in the middle of a game another game will start and be immediately aborted on move 1. After that it is impossible to see your partner's board or the pieces you and your opponent have to drop until you hit reload. Because this comes up in the middle of the game, often you don't realize it happened. I have lost many -15 games because I didn't realize I had pieces to drop or my opponent had pieces to drop or pieces hurt my partner even though I was closely monitoring the boards.
It's pretty annoying to lose games due to problems in the interface.
Unrelated: Additionally, there is now a bug where if your opponent resigns on move 1, you receive no notification whatsoever that the game has ended and no dialog box to start another game. Around 25% of games for high rated players are your opponents resigning on move 1, so this comes up A LOT.
