There are multiple mating lines starting with move 2.

Yeah but you can sack it later h1=Q+, Ke2, Qf3+, Ke1, Qf2+, Kd1, Qf1+, Kc2, and then I would have sacked the queen and promoted, it's slower yeah but definitely safer in my opinion
