Think after every opponet's move what changed in position and look for potential tactics, for example two pieces in same diagnolly, square where your knight can put a fork.

I found that puzzle rush helps to see and recognize tactics faster, if you're playing mostly blitz puzzle rush will help more than just general puzzles imo

Analyze them games, and look where the tacitic was, this way you learn to recognize them. in many games there aren't any easy tacitics though, (especially ones where you have much time to think)

I need to work on this too. However as it was stated above we need to be observant of what's changed in position and run through a list of what's unguarded, don't rush a move if our opponent made an odd move, can a double attack be done to add pressure to  opponents defense and then ask what can be forked (royal fork), skewered to where it's a double attack,  pinned and finally an absolute pin. So basically it's mostly being away of what's going on and how to create problems with your opponents defense while still protecting your own kings since they are trying to checkmate you too. That's why I do so many daily matchups.

you should always look out for tactical motifs. But the best way to learn to find them better is to analzye your mistakes. In my experience, you often can't find a tactic unless you've missed it before

Yeah, always consider all possible moves. Don't count out a move because it initially looks bad, just analyze ahead as many moves as you can and see if you can find anything that works.
