When you request someone and someone gives you willingly then it is not plagiarising. But you have to fulfill some conditions if put forward. For ex. ultimate asked for 10 trophies, if you give it to him then it is not plagerising. If you do not give but use it then it will be plagerising. If you neither give nor publish it, then contract is not resumed.
