Are you thinking of "ninja bridging"? That's when you rapidly press and let go of shift. Breezily bridging is when you don't press shift at all, but zigzag backwards and place about 4 blocks a second.
I can do pretty good jump bridge and either fast breezily with many errors or normal speed with no errors

When I say "can you..." as in the title, I mean can you do it consistently? I can consistently Ninjabridge without falling.
i play minecraft bedrock on pc so i can junp bridge but on java im trash
I assume you mean jump bridging?
The one type of bridging I'll never be able to do is moon walk and beeble (I'm not sure what its called, just remember beeble)
No I know what breezily is, beeble is a vertical-diagonal bridging technique

Wait, if its 14blocks per second is it faster than sprinting?

It IS cheating. You can't say you can speed-bridge if you use auto click. If you are bad at the game just quit, don't use a cheat which is literally banned in all pvp servers.
