I would like to win the tournament (and also really anybody 1750+ will have their goal to win)
3 or 2.5 out of 4 will not be enough for 3rd because of the tough field
I would say the following:
1st: 4
2nd: 3.5
3rd: 3.5
it is the second swiss parings are such, that they pair you with people on the same points, eg.
going into the final round two people have 3/3 they will play each other

only if your score is outlandish like a 400 getting 3/3 will it pair you up with someone higher rated is what ive noticed
also your goals make sense because at some point if you perform well, you will have to face some very tough competition

3/4 to 3.5/4, which may be impossible but its ok.
