Card chess

Ok, who wants to play my new variant?

The interenet version of this game requires one neutrally-sided, non-player, dealer to give randomly selected cards as hands to the players. I'll do this.

There are three types of cards; peices, ranks and files, which are divided into three different decks. Your hand consists of three of rank and file cards and one peice card, to start off, but for the forfeit of a turn you may draw one card from each deck. Cards are played in the logical way, of three at a time, one rank one file and one peice. If the combination of the three form a legal move (eg file: "e", rank: "4", peice: "rook" makes Re4 (or Rxe4)), then the cards may be played, to move the said peice on the board (standard) and the cards are then put in the "out" piles (which every so oftern are reshuffled and returned to their corresponding decks.)

Pawns: There are no pawn cards, so they may be moved with just a rank and file card. When a pawn is moved it is legal to draw a new rank and file card (but not peice, because then one would use up rank and file cards much faster and peice cards would be acumulated) in the same move, and vice versa.

Dealing: I will send each player a message saying which hand they start with (I will have a real deck/s to correspond with the "virtual" one) and another one each time they choose to "draw." You do not have to let anyone know what you're cards are, but I will keep track of what cards everyone has to stop cheating.

To sum up: You can either play three cards from your hand and move a peice that is not a pawn, two cards and a pawn and (optional) draw two more cards or draw three cards. Otherwise normal chess.
