Castling glitch on iPad

Does anyone one else who plays on an iPad have this problem? It only happens with black whether I'm playing it or not. I deleted it from my multitasking bar and it did nothing, I also did a reboot an it didn't work, and I even re-downloaded the app. Nothing I tried fixed this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this cause it's really confusing in games? My iPad is a 1st gen on 4.3.3 and the app is on version 1.52 if that helps.

I haven't experienced this yet, but I am going to start a few more games to expedite the chances of seeing.
