Would you guys believe future shop doesn't carry microphone cords? I went there today all gung-ho to record my poetry videos and they didn't have what I need.

Extremely annoying... Tongue out

Hey everyone. I'm working on a novel right, and I need some help with creating the story line. Is there a pre-write process that some of you go through that has helped you? I know who the characters are. I know what my themes are; I just need a good plot.

Every writer is different, queen_love.  When I write, I come with a character or two I like, a very, very general overarching storyline, then just see where my characters take me.  I usually end up fixing plot problems on the rewrite.
