Celebrating a tournament victory!

I played a recent tournament (shocker), and I was just so proud of the intensity of the playing that I wanted to show it off! Clearly not the best player there ever was on both sides of the board, it more goes to show just how fun it can be playing that final decision making game in the tournament is!

And thus the stage is set. With one game left on the board to be played and the score .5-.5, I had to take my opportunity with the white pieces to win here!

And so here's the game!

The best finale I have had, and second best I have seen (Anand and Topalov was much more intense lol).

Thanks! I never thought I'd see my rating ever say 1680, but its still been rising. Breaking 1700 would be a great event for me, and maybe in time I can actually contest against you :).

I was looking over the forum and saw this...It seems that your match with me has become a reality. We of course have not finished the match yet so cannot say much, but...You are doing great and should break the 1700 easy enough perminantly.
