You should report these problems in the 4PC Server and have the admins review it privately, instead of having to share with everybody. Read this:

Logan, I am sorry about your experience.
Correct, issues should be reported privately and zisal2029 posted the correct link for it, but Logan does bring up a good point and this issue does seem heavily underrated in this day and age. In addition, credit to Logan for not accusing any user in particular. Way too often these days forums flame a particular user which is disrespectful.
In 4 player chess (4pc), rematching shouldn't be considered obligatory as people enjoy different modes of 4pc and furthermore, three other players have to also agree unless the mode is Self-Partner. OP, I'm hoping that you understand that these forums are for 4pc topics and not 2pc ones as emojis aren't really a thing in 4pc spectator chats, but the concept of chess being intended as a gentlemen's game with the reality of toxicity being seen too often in game chats doesn't really change between 2pc and 4pc.

As if we even cannot express our reflections. If they have something to tell, they wrote it.
Some are more talkative than others (like me). Someones play with a troughtput of 50 character, and others are tight as a clam. Each to their own.
You can't musn't them to wrote messages. If are fed up with it, don't read them.
But me, i never seen this. Do you sure that this happen every 3-5 games? I even complain that chats are not enough animate, ⅔ of games are completly mute.

You don't like the chat? You deactivate the chat. Many players do.
You don't like SOME players whom you find unpleasant/toxic/too talkative, whatever? You deactivate the chat when they are present and/or when they say something unpleasant.
You can't focus well enough because of the chat? You click on "focus mode" or your deactivate the chat.
All that is SO easy, why on Earth do people complain instead of acting?
I personally like the chat a lot, especially in 2500+ games where everybody knows everybody, and there is a lot of irony and some kind of fellowship as well (some hatred as well sometimes). I also appreciate the possibility to practice languages I speak.

Yeah, don't deactivate the chat, let rule-breakers rule-break in peace because that obviously works so well...
If somebody cheat, only now you block the chat and you report him.
If the chat is stuck in every games, there are no chat anymore, than what's the use of the chat if nobody can use it because of some paranoiac players who block the chat every game to prevent teamming.
If 4pc bacame that, we will return to the time when there was no chat

Paralyse the chat, is as if you lose your voice, you cannot talk for ever.
The chat can be a harmful place, but its your choice on what to do. You are able to mute the player if you want.
Yes, but i just whant to say that block every chats in every games just because you are teammophobic is not a good solution.
Is not kind for the others players, there are a big probability that they didn't planned to team, they just whant to chat and make the game more active instead of playing in the silence.
