@Clairvoya, maybe you do not know, but the actual beginning of this topic is here: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/players-that-need-to-be-banned
The same person is bragging and (look at the screenshots in that thread) trash talking. We can try to separate these 2 things, but they are connected actually. If a person is bragging but does not get enough satisfaction (attention, recognition, praise, respect) he/she starts swearing.
But, @Clairvoya, as you wish, if you insist, let's separate the connected things:
1. You can trash talk, @Squishey. You can call anyone a scum. (Well, not anyone. You should not insult the moderators. ) But you will look like a scum yourself. Polite people will not tell it to you, but will think this way. Not so polite guys will return your insults back. Other things are also possible, for example, in the FFA some offended players will target you. Oh, I remember, you do not play FFA, @Squishey. Why so?
2. Bragging is all right. (If you do not humiliate others.) It is entertaining to look at such a bragging guy.
Lol I saw the thread. I like trash talking and all and it's okay to rage when your ally is not cooperative but talking like that is not even cool. And I'm a trump supporter lol.
Yeah no, I gather where you're coming from.
Frustrating moments easily typing to express such a manner can surface, especially if that day much is weighing on you and you're already possibly with anger from what might have been just before you began the game or relatively close placing you easier in a gripe mode given such scenarios.
That's why I mentioned maybe take in consideration for now on for your best and others to reverse that type action by not letting it get the best of you, and everybody playing that game is happy in chat keeping the game as well smoother were one offended because not doing such. Such reverse psycology that is.. ",
And I mean no disrespect here.
