This reminds me of how in uscf chess if your opponent says it's checkmate and you agree, even if it's not really checkmate, you lose.

a friend of mine has told me about a "cheat chess" - you can break chess rules, as long as you can somehow justify your cheating and the other person accepts. what do you think of adding it??
