Cheaters at Bullet games

Does anyone here  experienced opponents clock stall at bullet games? I usually have this when I play opponents with rating 1700+. Why they do,I cannot comprehend. I don't really mind it, but it's quite annoying. Any advise?

you can report it to administrators and they will look into it I think.

Go to settings and check the box "Premoves".

You will able to make a move before it is even your turn.You will lose only 0.5 sec (I think).Its very helpfull but be carefull many blunders can happen this way.

It took me a while to work it out when I first started on this site too, normally premoves are turned on, you don't need to go through settings for it. I can assure you that your rating will go shooting up if you make good use of it :)

I think it's either premoves or lag  :)
