@TheInnerDemon And if their moves level fluctuate greatly, like if they hang a bishop the first move then do an amazing fork the next move.
Guys.. this sort of does not work. If you are a cheater you 1. Play mostly rapid with over 97% accuracy every game. 2. they are generally over the 2000 rating range (unless you are a sandbagger which is a different matter) And 3. are quite low in other things ( for instance 2150 elo rapid with a 1000 blitz and 15 puzzle rush. So please do not rush to report people who you think are "cheaters" without good reason and/or proof.

Also I seriously doubt that this guy is actually a cheater. Lots of people have a couple good games with high accuracy and other games with very low accuracy. I for one have had a few games with over 95% accuracy and also won some games with 16% accuracy. If you look at his stats he is 1100 puzzles which is about right for his rating.

You can't say someone is a cheater just because they "hang a bishop", or "play great moves", but have the rating of a low player.
I hope you realize how STUPID that is.
However if someone never loses a game basically, and they have 99% accuracy in all their games, then yes they're cheating.

How does one determine if someone is cheating?
I have had people accuse me of cheating in the past. People get sore when they lose and they think it must be because the other player cheated them.
I hope your process for determining cheating is more than just posting names here.
