Chess 960 Ladder Challenge

Hey Everybody,

I'm considering starting up a Ladder Challenge for Chess 960. It would be the same rules as the current Ladder Challenge, except it would be for Chess 960, instead of standard chess. I'm putting this out there to you guys to see what the interest would be for something like that. If you haven't played Chess 960, I suggest you try a game or two with the computer to get a feel for it. It's a nice alternative to standard chess. So, please comment on this forum and let me know, and we'll go from there. Thanks!

I like the 960 ladder idea. Also  I would like to suggest a groovy gang and groovers tournament of 3 minutes per game and like 5 rounds or even arena. Does anyone else like these ideas?

I'd give it a go. I've had, shall we say, mixed results with chess 960 - so plenty of room for improvement.

That sounds interesting. Though I've never played an arena event. So, I don't know what's all involved with that.

I'd be interested. 

I love chess 960 but I am lower rated than for standard chess. Just because you like a game does not mean you are any good at it. 😉 Very interested in a 960 ladder.
